The Role:
Working collaboratively with the Store Manager, you will lead from the front, coaching on the run and inspiring a high performing team to achieve sustainable sales growth through the consistent delivery of the Ultimate Retail Experience, while fostering an inclusive and positive team culture aligned with Retailors’ values of Leadership, Care, Accountability, Transparency, and Innovation. 

Preferred Candidate Attributes:

• Proven leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager.
• Proven experience achieving and supporting store sales and KPI targets through strong floor leadership and coaching.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills under pressure.
• Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience.
• Flexible with full-time availability, including late-night trade and weekends.
• Passionate about Samsung and aligned with our company’s core values.
• No prior technology experience required! You will be trained on all technical aspects of the role. All you need is your exceptional people skills.
