We're looking for a passionate and driven part time 3IC - Sales & Visual Merchandise!

The Role: 
This is a part time position, 25 hours per week. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sustainable sales growth by consistently delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience, as well as executing and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. Your day will be filled with leading from the front, coaching on the run and creating a winning culture within your store and the Retailors community.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ retail experience, including proven visual merchandising experience
• Store leadership or key holder experience, working with a team to succeed, preferred 
• Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
• Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals
• CARE for our customers, care for your team and care for the business
• The motivation to COACH and inspire your team mates to reach their personal best
