We're excited to offer a new opportunity to join our team as an ICT Support Specialist (Level 1) at our Brighton Support Office, VIC.

This is a part-time role offering up to 20 hours per week. Preferred availability is Monday to Wednesday, with the flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Service (Support)

• Monitoring and responding to active and stale tickets
• On-Call service (rostered every 2 weeks)
• Maintaining point of sale, user accounts, hardware procurement and deployment
• Monthly service reports with departmental follow ups on service

Operations (Reactive and Proactive Tasks)

• Technician prioritisation for daily, weekly, and monthly
• Cross functional relationships and I.T investigations
• Support the business with store openings/closures and refurbishments

Asset Management (Hardware/Apps)

• Building and maintenance of asset management spreadsheets and platforms
• Managing equipment lifecycle plans and orchestrate business solutions from trends of hardware failures

To be successful in this role we require:

• 6-12 months experience in IT Support and Customer Service
• Some experience with ERP support and application support
• Administration experience of Office 365
• Analytical abilities – dashboarding and reporting
• Ability to handle critical and high pressure situations
• Experience with user and hardware provisioning
• Ability to present reports and statistics to large audiences 
• Ability to drive, have access to a car and hold an Australian license
• On-Call support will be required
