Nike Womens Buyer - Maximum Term (12 months) 
We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Nike Womens Buyer to join our team at Retailors, based in our Brighton Support Office. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maximising sales opportunities by selecting the right products and ensuring they reach the right stores at the right time across Australia and New Zealand. The Role: Reporting to the Merchandise & Planning Manager, this role is responsible for building and buying a merchandise range that delivers on sales budgets and supports overall business growth.

  •  Plan and buy seasonal assortments that achieve sales targets and align with stock to sales requirements.
  •  Review the buy prior to the start of the season and collaborate with allocator to bring it to life in store, managing distribution, delivery flow, and monthly returns to manage capacity.
  •  Review in-season sales performance and trends to identify actions to maximise sell through.
  •  Maintain strong relationships with stores and regularly assess product execution and competitor activity.
  •  Capture learnings and complete post season reviews to support continuous improvement and future planning.

Skills & Qualifications:

  •  Experience in retail buying, with a strong understanding of KPIs, business drivers, and stock management.
  •  An eye for detail and ability to analyse data, identify trends and make informed decisions to maximise sales.
  •  Strong organizational & planning skills to help prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  •  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  •  Customer focused and commercially minded.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
