Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, embodying our commitment to delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience.
• Stay updated on Nike products and trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organised store environment.
• Process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Attributes:

• Brand Alignment: We're looking for individuals who share our passion and enthusiasm for Nike and align to the company’s values.
• Ability to Provide the Ultimate Retail Experience: Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions.
• Availability: Minimum of 2 full days per week (must include 1 day over the weekend and 1 weekday).
